The OGS Design & Construction Group (D&C) is a 300-person organization with approximately 100 licensed professional engineers and registered architects on staff. 

Acting as New York State's Architect, D&C has a current workload of $700 million in active construction projects and $1 billion in design development. With approximately 70% of D&C's output contracted to the private sector, D&C depends on a strong public/private partnership to support our client agencies' core missions in serving the people of New York State.
