The OGS Design & Construction Group (D&C) is a 300-person organization with approximately 100 licensed professional engineers and registered architects on staff. 

Acting as New York State's Architect, D&C has a current workload of $700 million in active construction projects and $1 billion in design development. With approximately 70% of D&C's output contracted to the private sector, D&C depends on a strong public/private partnership to support our client agencies' core missions in serving the people of New York State.

CM Services - Riverfront Pump Station The Office of General Services, Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) is seeking proposals to enter into a contract to provide construction management services as outlined in the scope of services. The Construction Manager (CM) shall act as an adviser to OGS D&C during the Design Phase of various projects, and as the partner of OGS D&C in a collaborative relationship with OGS D&C staff during the Construction Phase to organize and direct the timely completion of various projects and assure compliance with the contract documents. The Riverfront Pumping Station in Albany, NY is undergoing major renovation and building efforts over the next few years. Multiple projects will be ongoing that will be overseen by the construction manager.
